C.P. Company S/S 2007 Tinto Terra Mille Miglia Jacket

I have always been looking out for a tinto terra mille, i just love the used look of this jackets. It fits perfect to the whole style of a mille miglia jacket. Tinto Terra is a special way to dye a jacket, wich adds a special character to the garment. Thies piece is from the spring/summer collection 2007. They came in different colours, like brown and navy and the grey, wich is shown above, but this grey has a slightly interesting olive touch. Every jacket has its own character because of the special treatment of the garment. A real collectors piece for everybody who adores this iconic jackets.

Weekend Service Youtube Channel II

I`ve just opend a second Youtube Channel for all that british rock music stuff i like. Thought it wouldnt fit into my trojan related channel, so i did another one, wich is called Weekendservice1980. You will find some classic tunes from the past and present, bands like Joy Division, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Smiths, Oasis, Artic Monkeys, Libertines, Klaxons..etc. There are banners on the sidebar of this blog wich lead you directly to my channels. Vor kurzem bin ich auf einen wunderbaren Blog namens "the power of independent trucking" gestoßen. Dieser Blog featured unter anderem einige wunderbare digitalisierte Liveaufnahmen und unveröffentlichte Studiosessions meiner absoluten Lieblingsband Joy Division. Die Aufnahmen sind in wunderbarer Qualität und ein absoluter Hörgenuss. Besonders der Mittschnitt des Konzertes in Paris 1979, welches von einem französischem Radiosender übertragen wurde. Wer die bekannten Songs also mal live oder in einer anderen Version hören möchte, sollte sich die Mühe machen und sich ein wenig durch dieses wunderbare Archiv zu wühlen. Das wunderbare an der Sache: Der Blogger hat keine Mühen gescheut und stellt Direktlinks zu den Downloads parat, wo man die .flac (vcl media player) Datein kostenlos und ohne Wartezeit direkt herunterladen kann. Wer das ganze in eine mp3 verwandeln möchte findet dazu sofort die passende Freeware im Netz.

"Following ‘Carlo Rivetti's tour’, the first video that Carlo Rivetti commissioned to reveal the top level skills that contribute to creating Stone Island garments and collections, the video camera focuses on the individual departments.
The second episode is dedicated to the experimental dyeing facility, a sophisticated colour workshop, where all the phases of the garment dyeing treatments are fine tuned. This know how is one of the company's greatest assets and, since the very beginning, has set Stone Island apart on the sportswear scene. Claudia Bergamini, Head of the Dyeing Facility, demonstrates the processes for double dyeing technique on the finished garment, one of the many possible variables for obtaining different colours and shades in the same dye bath."
